Assisted living
Support with daily routines and personal care in a homelike environment, with shared spaces and companionship.
Discuss care options ↗Choosing care for someone you love is deeply personal. At El Shaddai, we start with the person, listen to the family, and explain the everyday support available before you make a decision.

Real life. Real community. A place to belong.

We discuss your loved one’s routines, mobility, personal-care needs, health concerns and preferences. Then we explain suitable accommodation and support, so your family can decide with a clear picture.
A needs assessment helps us discuss suitability and the right level of support. Care and available rooms are confirmed before admission.

We invest in the things families may not immediately see: upkeep, fire-safety equipment servicing and renewable-energy infrastructure. See the real provider updates below, and ask about the arrangements for the home you visit.
Bay Fire Safety Solutions supports El Shaddai with fire-safety equipment servicing. Their local business provides fire-equipment servicing and related safety services. We believe the day-to-day attention to equipment and preparedness matters as much as the welcoming environment.
Please ask our team about the latest servicing records and site-specific arrangements during your viewing.
About Bay Fire Safety Solutions ↗Our properties at 41 and 43 Colin Street are supported by NH Solar for solar and battery-energy infrastructure. This investment forms part of our ongoing effort to make our facilities more resilient to power interruptions.
Backup capability and duration depend on the operating system, load and conditions; we do not promise uninterrupted power.

We share the improvements behind our homes so families can see more than marketing promises.
Facility Manager Charlene Kilian helps coordinate the homes and the care team. Sister van Eeden carries out rounds to help identify concerns early and arrange follow-up as appropriate. Our team has also completed practical care training covering falls prevention, first aid, safe handling and infection prevention.
Meet the team during your visit
Our team took part in practical food-safety and chemical-handling training with Spectank in May 2025. On 16 September 2026, we shared medical-skills development training covering falls prevention, vital-sign monitoring, first aid and emergency response, safe positioning, medication awareness and infection prevention.
Training is one part of our approach to care. Ask our team about the support and nursing arrangements appropriate for your loved one.
If you live in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, the USA or elsewhere, you can start with a WhatsApp enquiry and arrange a family call. We will explain care suitability, accommodation, the assessment process and the practical steps involved.
